Introduction
AirGradient provides out of the box local support for Home Assistant. The monitors will automatically be discovered by Home Assistant and can then be integrated like other Home Assistant devices.
The integration is actively maintained by us and an integral part of the firmware.
Information on the integration is also available on the Home Assistant AirGradient Page.
Supported Models
The following models are supported:
- AirGradient ONE Indoor Air Quality Monitor. Models I-9PSL-DE
- AirGradient Open Air Outdoor Air Quality Monitor. Models O-1PPT, O-1PST, O-1PP
Please use firmware version 3.1.4 or higher for best support.
Supported Features
All air quality parameters are supported.
- PM2.5 (PM1, PM10)
- PM003 Count
- CO2
- TVOC
- NOx
- Temperature
- Relative Humidity
The monitor can be configured from Home Assistant, e.g. the brightness of the display and LEDs or some specific sensor configuration.
The user can also (optionally) send the data to the AirGradient dashboard and opt-in in sharing their outdoor air quality data on our map and other platforms like OpenAQ.
In order to avoid conflicts with settings from the AirGradient dashboard, the user can set in Home Assistant which configuration should be used.
