The AirGradient Difference

Whilst there are many indoor air quality monitoring options that allow for compliance with these building standards, the AirGradient One serves as a great choice as it offers similar accuracy of readings to most competitors on the market at a price under $200. Here are a few of our other key differentiating factors.

Integrates with BMS

We have no interest in locking you into our platform, and to demonstrate this, we’ve made our monitors open source and we also provide free API access. This means all AirGradient monitors can be used with our dashboard, or they can be added to the Building Management System (BMS) of your choice. This allows for seamless data exchanges, and facilitates better air quality management strategies.

Ongoing Support

AirGradient is committed to providing ongoing support for all of its users. We don’t charge extra for priority support or have an ongoing subscription to cover support costs, but rather believe that support is included with every monitor purchase.

Affordable

Despite using many of the same components as our competitors, our monitors cost significantly less. Because we also don’t like the practice of hiding pricing behind forms, calls, and other forms of contact, we’ve made our prices transparent and clear. While you might have more trouble getting prices from other manufacturers, we can promise that we are one of the most affordable RESET-accredited monitors on the market.

Built-In Calibration

Users can easily calibrate their monitors, allowing for improved accuracy and ongoing performance. The particle sensors can be calibrated using other monitors or a reference device, ensuring that accuracy will not degrade over time. The calibration dashboard is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use for all users.

The AirGradient ONE

The AirGradient ONE indoor air quality monitor (Model I-9PSL) is the ideal tool for optimizing your indoor air quality to meet building standards. This multifunctional monitor tracks key air quality metrics including PM2.5, CO2, TVOCs, NOX, temperature, and humidity, giving you real-time insights into your environment’s health. This air quality monitor comes in both WIFI and cellular options to ensure easy connectivity at all times.

The AirGradient ONE monitor was awarded the most accurate multipollutant monitor and the best accuracy monitor for PM2.5 under £500 by the AIR LAB International Microsensors Challenge, Laureate 2023 Edition and is accredited as a RESET AIR standard monitor. These awards and accreditation status simply serve as a testament to the calibre of this monitor complimented by an affordable price to serve the needs of the global community.

Ideal For Healthy Building Standards

Regardless of whether you are following RESET AIR, WELL, FITWEL, LEED or another building standard, the AirGradient One is an affordable asset to your project. Tailored with the most commonly specified testing parameters our AirGradient One stands as an industry leader in Indoor Air Quality Monitoring.

Accuracy First

Accuracy comes first. In fact, that is why we have a dedicated science team, but have decided to forego a marketing team. Why? Because we believe the product speaks for itself, and this starts with accuracy.

On top of being similarly accurate to competitors at much higher prices, we offer some unique features that improve accuracy. We have a built-in calibration dashboard for our particle sensors, and we offer ABC (automatic baseline calibration) adjustments for our CO2, VOC and NOX sensors. Custom offsets can also be applied to both temperature and humidity sensors if required.

All of Your Data in One Place

AirGradient Dashboard image

The AirGradient dashboard, will allow you to see data from all of your deployed monitors in one place. You can analyse air quality trends in the dashboard itself, or export them as a spreadsheet for further analysis.

If you manage multiple buildings, you can quickly navigate through dashboards to ensure that healthy building standards are being maintained in all locations. Furthermore, multiple users can be added to each dashboard with different permission levels allowing for easy access to data by all parties.

The dashboard also supports other powerful features like opening hours, alerts, and shareable air quality widgets. These features ensure that the AirGradient ONE paired with the AirGradient dashboard can meet all of your project’s requirements.

Easy to Install & Maintain

We understand that for many building consultants, ease of setup and maintenance is a primary concern. For this reason, it’s important to have air quality monitors that can be set up in minutes and that do not require constant attention. The AirGradient ONE excels in both of these areas.

Our cellular variant can be plugged in, mounted, and it will begin reporting data instantly with no further setup required. The WiFi variant is similarly easy to set up, and can be connected to a local network within minutes. Each monitor is designed to reconnect and continue working even through loss of internet connectivity and electricity. Once set up, the monitors continue to work; however, if they are offline, you will receive a notification to alert you to any potential issues.

Through the AirGradient dashboard, remote monitoring and management is a breeze, and you will quickly be able to access all monitors regardless of where in the world you are. Our monitors also support other remote features like OTA updates.

Since our devices are powered by mains power, we are able to offer frequent measurements, providing ample data and much more data resolution than battery-powered alternatives.

The AirGradient One in Your Space

The AirGradient ONE is designed to be able to fit into any built environment. Therefore, we’ve designed our air quality monitor to be flexible in its design, and it can either be the centre of attention or blend into its environment.

The monitor comes with included feet, allowing it to be placed on a surface like a desk or table, but it can also be mounted on a wall with screws. To make cable management easy, there are tracks at the back of the device allowing routing of cables.

Furthermore, the LEDs and screen are fully customisable, meaning you can adjust the brightness, or turn them off entirely if needed. We also have built-in scheduling, allowing the LEDs and screen to only turn on during the hours that a building is in use.

Scalable

Whether your deployment requires one sensor or hundreds, both the monitors themselves and the AirGradient dashboard are scaleable. Regardless of how many monitors you use, data can be sent to the AirGradient dashboard where it can be viewed, shared, or exported. Some of our current customers run over 1000 monitors on a single dashboard yet don’t encounter any performance issues.

The dashboard also allows for monitors to be connected to various different WiFi networks (2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11 b/g/n complaint), while still allowing for data to be gathered on a single dashboard. Furthermore, many users can be added to each dashboard allowing access to everyone who needs it.

Of course, you also have the option to use the devices without the AirGradient dashboard, and we offer an API and support for the MQTT protocol for buildings relying on a BMS.
