This page helps in reading out data directly from the AirGradient monitor. For good error analysis, please log at least 3 minutes of data. Then download the data and send them to the AirGradient support team together with a detailed error description.

Follow below to see debug messages and logs of the monitor:

1. Plug in the USB C cable and connect your monitor to a PC
2. Press this blue button (if you cannot see the button, you may be using a non-Chromium browser. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a PC)
Debug Now Your browser doesn't support this. Please use Chrome or Edge on Mac or PC. You are not allowed to use this on HTTP!
3. Select the serial port your monitor is connected to. It is typically called “USB JTAG / Serial Debug”
4. Click on “Logs & Console”
5. Click on “Reset Device” to reboot the monitor.
6. Wait for at least 3 minutes.
7. Click on “Download Logs” to save the log file.
8. Send that log file to our support team.
